Founder of Adviscorp, Inc. graduated from the University of San Diego with a major in business administration and an emphasis in finance. During his time at USD Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, he had the privilege to have been taught and mentored by Mark Reidy, who was the ex-president of Fannie Mae.

Early on Chad’s father owned and operated a construction company in Northern California which provided valuable insight not only on work ethic yet on the needs of a small business throughout its business life cycle.

In addition, his parents amassed an apartment/NNN portfolio helping to comprehend the demands on topics such as cash flow, increasing cash reserves, capital preservation, and portfolio risk reduction.

All his past experiences resulted in Chad now owning and operating his own portfolio of apartments and other real estate investments.

During college, he was fortunate to work for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (working for a top advisor), Sony Electronics as a buyer, and BF Goodrich Aerospace as a senior buyer.

After obtaining his BA from the University of San Diego, he began a successful career in banking for roughly 20 years, amassing a wealth of banking/real estate knowledge.
